Terms and Conditions/ What's Included to DANKS Sip & Paint Experience ​

1.  Minimum 4 persons to book a DANKS Sip & Paint.

 

​2.  2-3 hour minimum.

 

​3.  A $50 deposit is refundable and applied towards your event.

 

​4.  For cancellation we ask that you give a 48 hour notice. We don't issue refunds, however we do issue a  credit of  your deposit for your next successful event and we will not forget!

​

5.   We can come to your location or venue option. It’s your party, YOU choose the painting

​

6.   B.Y.O.B. Alcoholic Beverages/Soft Drinks, Catering, Food Delights.

 7.  Your are responsible for cleaning your environment of your event.

​

 8.  The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons are provided by Sip and Paint CB. 

​

 9.  We are NOT responsible for the alcoholic consumption of participants or guests.

​

 10.   We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive promptly at party start time.

11.   We are extremely lenient with our terms and conditions (feel free to check out other Sip& Paint venues) and we don't require much just that you follow though with your event!

12.  I agree that I am 21 years of age or older and will consume my alcoholic beverages responsibly. I __________release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against DANKS Sip & Paint Experience as well as the owner and  employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By registering for DANKS Sip & Paint Experience  I agree to these terms and conditions.

13. We reserve the right to refuse services under any existing circumstances that are not 

in accordance to the business nature of DANKS Paint 'n' Sip Experience,
